		<description>@ketan - I can definitely agree with that assessment.  I don&#039;t urge everyone to go and run with no AV like me - obviously for most users, this wouldn&#039;t make sense.

Regarding firewalls, it is my experience that the built-in firewalls that come with routers are sufficient to keep out most/all worm-type threats (Kido, Conficker, Helkern).  You really shouldn&#039;t have your PC connected straight to the &#039;net via the modem, put a router in between.</description>

i trust it to keep tracking cookies and stuff gone whenever it scans.
But I dont think ive had a virus in a looooong time. So, if you arent stupid online, you should be perfectly safe.
