An analogy for you - Mininova was just a ISP like Comcast, Cox, ETC. The ISP is and should be responsible for what the people on their networks do? No. They are just providing a service, it is not THEIR fault people abuse it. It should be the uploaders that are prosecuted. No offense, but this isn’t the best news.
