In Homer’s Odyssey, Elysium is described as a paradise, “… where life is easiest for men. No snow is there, nor heavy storm, nor ever rain, but ever does Ocean send up blasts of the shrill-blowing West Wind that they may give cooling to men.” Today, Xigmatek sent us their version of paradise with their first so-called “super tower,” the Elysium. The Elysium sports twelve 5.25” drive bays and two 4-in-3 HDD cages. These cages can be moved up and down the front panel, depending on where you would like your drives to be.
Supporting extreme HPTX, XL-ATX, and more conventional motherboard form factors, the Elysium may live up to the super tower moniker. An aluminum and mesh front design with USB 3.0 and a Hot-Swap HDD docking area on the top panel will provide you with some of the latest trends in today’s market. There are two mounting possibilities for your PSU (top and bottom), and water cooling experts and other exotic setup enthusiasts will have plenty of options, with seven pre-cut routing holes and support of radiators with up to 420mm in size.
