Rosewill’s BLACKHAWK is one of their newest introductions into the chassis market. They have pre-installed four 120mm and one 140mm fans for almost maximum cooling. Right out of the box, it will save users from spending extra money on missing fans. They have also incorporated the traditional I/O ports most users look for in today’s market, as well as a top-mounted HDD dock. With long VGA card and water cooling support, integrated cable management, CPU back plate cutout, and easy-clean PSU filter, the BLACKHAWK seems to be a feature-rich mid-tower gaming chassis, but let’s toss it on our review bench before we get too carried away.

for the price this case is hard to beat. Nice features and decent cooling for a mid range case. Good buy.
I have owned and run the Blackhawk case for a few months now and i must say I love it. The fans are super quiet and I only make noise when I am playing BF3 and that’s from the EVGA GTX 580. Other than that it is very nice. I am having a problem cuz of my Intel 2600K running a little hot, but it’s probably because of the stock cooler. Apparently all the fans blow air in by default except for the rear fan that blows out, so If I use the H80 liquid cooler I will have to bring air into the case which would have no exhaust fans, so i have to figure out how to reverse another fan. It’s a minor problem that i wouldn’t have if i was to use an aftermarket cpu fan. But it is GORGEOUS!!!!
at idle its at 29.8dBA and full load 44.8dBA from another site which I will not disclose as to not draw from this review as i think it was an excellent review.
I’ve found several Rosewill Cases satisfying values. This looks like another.
Wish there were noise and or fan rpm/quality comments, though there are few cases would not benefit from better fans.
Any one with one please speak up.
I usually spend less to buy a case cause I enjoy choosing fans and/or modifying cases, which, lol, is harder to justify if I spend more
Besides, much as I like blue, getting old.
IN THIS CASE, LOL, the docking station and USB3 make a very good arguement.
