[Review] Antec Three Hundred Two

The Antec Three Hundred Two:

The front of the Three Hundred Two is covered in mesh over the drive bays with plastic trim on the outside to help distinguish the look. The top of the front panel also sports the I/O panel that has two USB 3.0 connections and Audio in/out connections. With one 120mm optional fan slot on the side panel, it is very plain and keeps a nice, clean look.

The back panel sports the basic 120mm TwoCool exhaust fan, which is the standard on almost 100% of the cases out there. The top of the back panel also has two fan controllers for the two exhaust fans, which you can control with a high and low speed switch. Lastly, the other side panel has a 120mm option fan to help exhaust the heat from behind the motherboard; or if you want, it can bring in fresh air and blow directly on the back of the motherboard.

As we mentioned  earlier, here is a close up of the two fan controllers on the back panel. They are very simplistic in nature with no snazzy bells and whistles, just a switch. Since it is on the back of the case, looks do not really matter as long as it gets the job done, since in all honesty, probably no one will ever see it anyway.

On the top, Antec has installed two pre-cut holes for routing your wires and tubing in and out of the Three Hundred Two. There is also one 140mm TwoCool exhaust fan on the top of the case for relieving hot air.

Easier to run the wires. No real reason. Obviously is I was going to run it 24/7 it would be the other way. Although depending on your preference you can install it either way. There are people who say my way is cleaner, but that is up to you.

Nice review, thanks!

Notice youur PS is upside down, bypassing the included filter. Is there a reason for this?

Many thanks,,,
