Air Flow:

The top of the Revo sports a massive 200mm blue LED fan, and you can also add another 120/140mm fan, if you feel the need for more exhaust power.

The front has a 200mm blue LED fan to bring in fresh air while blowing over your hard drives to help keep them cool as well.

The rear of the Revo has a 140mm fan to help alleviate excess hot air.

The side panel sports a plug-and-play 200mm intake fan that will blow directly on your hardware, helping to keep it cool while in high stress situations.

The bottom has the optional area to install a 120mm fan, if you feel you need the extra cooling power with your setup.

LED Lighting:

With all the LED’s lit up on the Revo, you can see the extra wow factor of the case. The blue helps add the extra aesthetic value, while still matching the color scheme with the LED’s, which some cases do not. The blue really looks good on this case and blends well with the color scheme of the Revo.

Conclusion:

The Thermaltake Armor Revo Snow Edition turned out to be everything we had hoped for after looking at it on the Thermaltake website. The overal aesthetics of the case are phenomenal, at least we think so,  and that is all that really matters … right? The HDD docking station and the two USB 3.0 ports are both good additions to the Revo. We would have liked to have seen the Revo sport four USB 3.0 connections for an MSRP of $189.

The wire management utilized in the Revo is great and will make is easy on the user to keep wires out of site, especially the ones not in use. With the dust filter solutions used by Thermaltake, you should expect you case to be as dust free as possible since they used top notch filters. The Revo is big enough to support big water cooling solutions, if you decide to go that route.

With the spacious interior, as you saw, it easily held our GTX 480 and will easily hold any GPU on the market today. To top everything off, Thermaltake has added the LED fans to top off the aesthetics of the case. This will really help make your case a real conversation piece between you and your friends. You can easily turn the lights off,  if you want them off,  or if you are trying to sleep at night. The addition of the fan controller, giving you control of up to five fans, really does top off the feature packed Armor Revo.

The Thermaltake Armor Revo receives the Gold Silicon Award!
