Introduction

The TL-WR702N (Wireless N150 NANO Router) presents itself in five ways; a wireless access point that simply plugs plugs into your wired router and gives you wireless access, a wireless router that can be connected to your cable/DSL modem giving you wireless internet access and advanced client to client functionality between multiple devices, a network bridge, a network client and a wireless network repeater. Can the No. 1 rated WLAN and Broadband CPE Provider (2011) deliver big performance in this tiny package? We will find out.

What we will look for are deficiencies in signal, multiple device capability and mixed load handling with multiple devices when compared to full size routers. Furthermore -we will also move to outdoor testing that will be focused on; finding maximum effective range, functionality at extreme range limits (beyond effective range) and HD streaming ability at maximum effective range. We feel that this type of testing prevents us from getting hung up on any one feature that is outstanding causing us to neglect the little things that may be important to our readers. We will focus on repeater and router modes for this testing as this will give us a feel for the device in all available working modes.

Before we get into those tests; lets take a look at the product itself.

Greetings from Idaho! I’m bored to tears at work so I decided to browse your site on my iphone during lunch break. I really like the knowledge you provide here and can’t
wait to take a look when I get home. I’m amazed at how fast your blog loaded on my mobile .. I’m not even
using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyways, wonderful site!

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is
added I get four e-mails with the same comment.

Is there any way you can remove me from that service?
Appreciate it!
