Low profile is the word of the day and Crucial spells it BALLISTIX VLP Tactical. This memory packs bang in the smallest package possible. It is not the fastest memory but it is faster than other low profile kits. It does not have the lowest latency but it holds its latency up to 2133. It is not the least expensive but it is faster and less obstructive than the less pricy chips.

Where the CR-H212 shines is RAID. Having a redundant, external, portable drive that performs on par with internal raid drives is a big plus for the person on the go that has to live out of a bag six months out of the year and for the mobile gamer that uses steam this device is great in RAID 0 mode. Although some of the designs or color schemes might not speak to everyone, the performance is far from lackluster. Noctua is a respectable contender [...]

Introduction and Photo Gallery We thank Giada for presenting us with – for our scrutiny – the D2305, dual core i5 (3427U) miniPC. Up front we liked the look and feel (solid) of this unit and in the end came to respect its functionality and capability. What we did not like are the things that [...]

[Review] Sapphire Pure Platinum H67

Doing a comparison with Intel’s latest 6 series chipset on a quality motherboard shows us that this Motherboard has no deficiencies that can really be improved on by Sapphire. The 1333 memory speed can be a turnoff for some but there is really not much sacrificed in that 266 MHz. Yes a benchmark will show you the deficiencies but will they make a difference in the normal operation of this board?
