Well I am just doing some looking around for fun trying to get a guess on what prices would be.
So, how big of an SSD do you think you would need to run the OS (win7) and a few important apps?
Lets hear it

i have a 120GB and with having to keep 10-15GB free so it works correctly, its about the perfect size for me as i normally have about 30GB free so i have some extra space but its not a huge amount of extra.

I was thinking about 50-60gb ...
with Win7, MSoft security essentials, ATI CCC, maybe a few other small things ... then the rest I will throw on my WD 750gb black
Just those should leave the 10-15gb easily to work correctly.

wow ... that is pretty cool ...
although i saw this ...
The HDDBoost also lowered boot times from 56 seconds to 50, a decent improvement
I want to know what the hell is on their system that takes 56 seconds to boot haha. Mine only takes like 20-30 (never timed it but that is my guess) I will try and remember next time i start it up

Mine can take up to a minute. But I raid and have other software that loads up. My HTPC however is pretty fast.

If mine took up to a minute I would be reformatting. It would bug me like crazy!
