I am going to install toggles for each fan in the fan array in the side plate and that is why my paint job is not finished but all in all I would say it is coming along.

Okay stupid question maybe...
Looks like you have a filter in the mesh side panel.. everywhere except for the intake fan?
Other than that, I love to see the beige boxes made usable again :)
Nice work (and much cleaner than my mods)

OOPS, I did not spec everything (anything) out in my OP that is an exhaust that is in the site next to the chipset, memory and right side of the HSF (the Bermuda heat triangle if you will). The tube gets the draw right down where it needs to be the tube on the uotside directs the heat away from the case so the other 2 intake fans do not recirculate the exhaust.
The upper intake fan on the rear also has a deflector to help negate the heat from the rear exhaust and the backplate is nothing but filter to help keep the air from stagnating with heat @ the MOFS.
I have a filter cap for the exhaust for when not in use to keep critters out.

Waste no want not:up: why fab one when the one out of my Antec was sitting around drawing dust if you were referring to the internal and if you are referring to the external, thanks it was in my goodies box and was put to use.

All fab done I think? The switches for the fan array are installed and my oldest got a taste of the soldering iron.

DK red circles are intake side plate mounted
DK blue is exhaust side plate mounted
Yellow is case mounted intake
Green are passive exhaust areas (2 slots mostly covered on back for MB back cooling)
LT blue case mounted active exhaust
There is no MB rear panel plate only filter
Temps all stock HSF's
CNQ DA all temps at 100% CPU/GPU load
No array fans and 1 rear intake CPU 54, GPU 62
+ rear intake CPU 53, GPU 62
+ exhaust CPU 47, GPU 60
+ intake side #1 CPU 46, GPU 57
+ intake side #2 CPU 45, GPU 58
- exhaust CPU 46, GPU 59
idle all fans on CPU 31, GPU 52
idle all fans off CPU 35, GPU 57
Wonder what happens if I get a better HSF???

That is why when I get cut I must use tissue and electrical tape:beerchug: My kids like to decorate any (read ANY) cut with them. I have not had a bandaid for myself since we ran out of Scooby:mad:

What, did you think that unfiltered duct on the side was single purpose? Exhaust for normal to moderate OC and when I want to push it 4" tube receives insulated dryer duct perfectly. I/O Archer style:cool:

With a 11,000 BTW per hour cooling capacity, this powerful portable air conditioner can be moved to any part of the home and office that needs a little better life support. With electronic controls, a remote control, and a 24-hour timer, you have complete control on how and when this great little cooler does its job, and where! Save energy, and target where you need cooling the most.
Its 1125W rotary compressor moves an impressive volume of air for such a small machine, cooling up to 320 cubic meters of air per hour! This 1200 watt powerhouse keeps things cool under the hottest conditions!

I hope you intend to mod that and not just use it as a AC unit ;)
(IE extend the temp probe on hte AC unit to mount directly to the CPU heatsink.. should get nice and chilly then :))

Neuro the stat will be fixed for constant cooling or if you take notice to the backside vents they are already setup for AC temp control.

Archer? I'm looking for an optical drive with that curved silver bezel. Might you be willing to consider selling that drive to me?
Archer

I would but I must speak to the wife first as she has grown attached to the thing. I tell the truth when I say every new rig I build for ME, somehow ends up being hers?? MayHaps (Maybe+Perhaps) if I made an ugly rig she would leave it alone.
I take it you have a E-Machine or Gateway with a dead opty?

I have an eMachines CASE and need a drive that won't stick too far back in the top bay. I have an old dell mobo from a Dimension 2400 my sister gave me (the eMachines case had a fried mobo in it and was missing its PSU) It's a lousy machine but it's all I've got at this point. I'm trying to get money together to build a more powerful rig.
