    Great. Honestly they were some of the best serloins I have ever tasted. Quality I guess because I normally cant stand a serloin.

    Nice looking grill, lots of room.

    Dont know if I would use industrial equipment in food, but looks like it worked


    Start with a quality meat product its pretty hard to screw it up Start with cheap meat, and there just is no way to make it taste better.

    Spices and herbs and stuff might be good for covering up rotten food, but a nice steak, with nothing but flame cooked flavor is what I am all about
    Beer drinking is like finger painting. When you are young, you do not care what you stick your fingers into as long as you got to do it. When you are older, eww Heineken? I really want a beer that comes from the factory skunked?

    That's does look good. Next time wrapp some of them hotdogs with bacon.

    The thermocouple has been calidrated or I would not use it. It is -3 deg off @ 0 and -4 @ 250. The problem I have with the grill is the freaking knobs melted. I have one knod that I move from adjuster screw to adjuster screw.

    hah hah I did not even notice the knobs. I was looking at the sq footage of grilling space

    I can get about 8 burgers and 2 breasts on my grill.

    I have been known to feed 30+ so it is well used.
