Sandy OC: 101 BSOD when raising memory speed to 2133

I have a 2h Prime95 blend stable speed at 4800MHz at 1.375 Vcore. That's with my 16GB of memory down-clocked to 1033 MHz to separate CPU and memory issues.

Now if I raise my memory to its' rated 2133 MHz speed (and it's rated 9-11-10-28 timings), then my previous stable OC becomes very shaky.

After one minute I get 101 BSOD. Raising Vcore to 1.390 gives me just ~1h before crash. Raising it further to 1.405 gives my just shy of 5 minutes of stability.

I'm beginning to think that the 101 BSOD shouldn't be treated as call for more Vcore but maybe VCCIO. Right now VCCIO is at auto corresponding to 1.065V. What do you think?

Edit: Upping VCCIO to 1.1v doesn't improve the situation. Testing 1.125 right now.

Could it be that faster memory speeds simply created a need for more Vcore?

Post code lists are not exact just "usually"s

Usually with mem I get 0x124 or 0x50 IIRC

Yes it could be Vccio. I usually need more than stock to push 2133, even though I see many dont. It could also be too much for the IMC as you think...

You can try boosting your vdimm to slightly over spec, I am assuming its nota 16GB kit but 2 8GB kits.... so, a bit more Vdimm might be needed to compensate for dimm vdroop.
Beer drinking is like finger painting. When you are young, you do not care what you stick your fingers into as long as you got to do it. When you are older, eww Heineken? I really want a beer that comes from the factory skunked?
