If you don't give us information soon, I will figure out where you live and take that CPU from you.

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=595426

I valididated the cpu-z dump for Chew* as he had already validated a result at a much higher frequency on LN2.

Wow, some nice runs
Pity to see it only get as high as some retail 955s on LN2
Although, its still all good,
DICE validation is awesome!

Although, that seems like a great speed for DICE no?
Show me a retail, off the shelf, 955 BE doing 6.6GHz on LN2?

Guide is honeslty useless.......every chip is an individual and needs to be treated as such.....there are unknown obstacles that can not be accounted for with each and every chip which is amplified when cold.....

There is a common between all the chips though, an average if you will. With each type of cooling you can only exceed X% above Stock value. Stated in my guide you can get 30-40% using Air/Water. Now I've never stated what percent for DI and LN2 due to me not being able to do such experiements yet.

BTW, nice runs getting up to 5ghz with 1.53v is pretty impressive with that chip.

well......I can tell you that each chip is an individual in voltage tolerance.....not something you can test.....or know untill you freeze it.....I have used some chips that allow 2.0v.......and some that only play nice with up to 1.7v.....there are anomallies that can not be explained.....nor can a guide.

No there is no average.......there is only voltage tolerance........and not all 1.7 max vcore chips are duds.........and not all max 1.7 vcore chips are good.......

Not all chips that can take in excess of 1.95 v are good nor are they all duds.......

Sometimes the best air chip is the worst Ln2 chip........and sometimes the best air chip is the best ln2 chip........

There is no rhyme or reason to it.....

Like I said there are anomalies that no guide can explain......
