TR v3 suggestion
Think it is doable now, might be on next upgrade.
An opt in sub forum for waxing philosophical.
A sub forum for thoughts and ideas. Something to spark a creative interest. Nothing written must be in stone, and of course forum rules apply to all content. "out of the box" and into the realm of possibility type of posts. mini blogs as it were.
More thought out than a facebook post but less thought out than a front page post.
Optional is the key. It is not a default subforum, must be chosen, and I know that works on current CMS. Can be combined with post count minimum too with a few mouse clicks.
There are forums for this already, so no biggy, I would like to discuss bizarre thoughts with you guys though. Including my NES loving cartidge loving ideas, and liberal arts being more important than comp sci for a programmer. (Actually I can back that thought up with statistical data, but I think that is kinda counter productive to my idea).
Just a thought like this that would be presented there
B-A-bay, B-E-bee, B-I-bicky-bi, B-O bo, bicky-bi bo, B-U bu, bicky bi bo bu

If we are able to discuss the wonder of cartridges compared to scratch-prone discs, then I'm all for it!
