A-Data Technology is currently readying the release of a new Superior Series flash drive, the S007 model which features a rugged construction and is shock-resistant, waterproof and compliant with the US MIL-STD-810F-514.5C-3 military standard.

Coming in two colors - red and green, the S007 measures 80 (L) x 19 (W) x 9.7 (H) mm, weights 13.6 grams, has a rubber housing, a key loop that can hold the cap when the drive is in use, boasts a USB 2.0/1.1 interface, and provides read and write speeds of up to 30 MB/s and 8 MB/s, respectively.

A-Data's drive will be available in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities.
