    I love Futurama

I can't say much else other than I'm a huge fan of Futurama. But I haven't always been. I remember when the show first came out, I hated it. I thought it was inferior to the Simpsons in every way. But now that I watch the old episodes on Comedy Central and on DVD, I can't help but clamor for it's return. Who here likes Futurama?

I hear what you are saying. Here in England they are repeating Family Guy daily and I've really got into it...It's part of my daily routine I'm also a diehard Simpsons fan but have never really seen alot of Futurama. I should perhaps give it a go.

What's more amazing of the show is the voice acting, considering one guy does more than half the main cast.

    He is pretty hilarious.

I've been a fan of Futurama ever since it was televised and the 4 full length featured movies were a great addition to the show. Its just too bad that the show was cancelled.

I liked the TV show, the first three of the movies were ok, but the fourth one was horrible

I prefer the simpsons and family guy though...

Dont get me started on the simpsons.... I am an avid simpsons fan (more was because they are hardly amusing with their new episodes)

a few years back I was part of the first focus group for the original Tivo and as a result I have recorded and viewed every episode of the simpsons ever aired before this year, not once, not twice, but at least three times each..... they are a hilarious sattire of the nuclear family but I wish the new episodes were as funny as the old :\

I agree...the simpsons are nothing like what they used to be. Their humor and jokes sound forced and lame, like SNL skits.

Futurama is like the old simpsons with clever wit hidden everywhere for the cunning eye and ear to find.

    Will watch

For a tv show with wit, have you ever watched Arrested Development? It's genius..

Its a canceled show but it never should have been. There is 2 and a half seasons of amazingly hilarious episodes, It's the kind of show with lots of looping ongoing jokes but it also has situational comedy and pop culture reference. The actors in it make it probably one of the funniest casts to come together, their mannerisms and crazy characters make the show like a cartoon in the sense that the people could never exist in real life - but at the same time they are very believable. IMO its the funniest show fox has ever put on the air.

I think there is actually a movie being made lol, but the show will never come back.

Doesn't look very canceled to me, unless they are running the old seasons.
