EA sparded no expense or left no stone unturned when they redeveloped the Continuing Saga of the Battlefield Game concept. Using what they have learned from the last two relieses that were never quite the same as the original, EA has come back to the original concept of Battlefiield 1 and 2 and have added the Frostbite 2 engine but still followed the same format for the number 3 in the Trilogy. Only time will tell if BF3 Will become the Staple that BF2 somewhat still is and I really hope this game is the True sucessor to a game that has enthralled millions of gamers and gave birth to so many others copies of this fine game. That is why I say. BF3 will be the 2011 Game of the Year. And hats off to you EA for your work in such a wonderful Trilogy of Games.

I think it will be because there has not been much else that has been good lol.

Plus, if it is anything like BF and BF2 then it will dominate all the awards

I agree completely with what you just said. That is why I was able to safely give it the Best of Award for games. For the exact thing you said.
